A lesson, hopefully not too costly

Got home from church this morning (Westover for those who keep track of such things), and when I arrived here I sat down to check my e-mail, as I frequently do.

Well a far less frequent (thankfully) occurence followed... I knocked a quarter-full glass of water over, mostly on me but some on my laptop.

Eight hours of upside-down drying (and a little running of the hair dryer, per some instructions I received once about drying a camera), and all appears to be normal.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

In other news: Finished painting my room today. I'll take some pictures of the "after" tomorrow and do a little comparison for you.

School starts Wednesday, and I can't wait.

Hey audrey...I looked for you to respond, but I guess you don't have facebook anymore...again. I am just discouraged with school and the hours I need to graduate. I still like what I am doing...I just want to be out of school, and have a job that pays me. Hope your week goes well! Happy back to school!
